Another Smith Brothers Experience found.......

I just found this, scary how many people got/get screwed by these folks... wish I had seen this a few months ago .......................................... maybe it would have saved me.

OMFG what timing..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep finding out more and more and it just gets worse and worse. And to think I thought I was the only one. How has no one stopped this ?!?! I posted on CL asking about this rental agency and Roger Smith and 6 people replied already to tell me that Roger has been a slumlord for years (one of the people who replied rented from him 5 years ago and had really bad stuff happen) and everyone in JP knows (I already figured that out, when I met my new landlord over the weekend he told me I was lucky I got out and that Roger is known well by the state (always in court) and is a big coke adict. He said they used to be friends. I AM SO FREAKED OUT. I wrote to these people to ask for help/ideas. Everyone who contacted me said they also went through JP Associates...... I feel so dumb and betrayed.
